Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

MediaLeaders.com — operated by Media Leaders LLC ("MediaLeaders," "we," "us")  |  Effective date: [DATE]  |  Last updated: [DATE]

This page contains two documents: our Privacy Policy (how we handle your information) and our Terms of Service (the rules for using our website and services). Questions about either: support@medialeaders.com.
PART 1: PRIVACY POLICY

1. Who we are

MediaLeaders provides AI productivity education, training, and managed AI agent services to businesses. This policy covers information collected through medialeaders.com, our workshop registrations, our contact forms, and our communications with you. It does not cover the business data our managed agents process on behalf of customers — that is governed by each customer's service agreement.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly:

• Contact and registration details: name, job title, company name, company size, email address, and phone number when you submit a form, register for a workshop, or book a call.
• Message content: the content of your messages to us, including form fields describing your business needs.
• Billing information: payment and billing information if you purchase services (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, referring pages, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Device data: browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Cookies: cookies and similar technologies for analytics and preference management.

Information from third parties:

• Scheduling details: scheduling details when you book through our calendar tool.
• Business contacts: business contact information from publicly available or licensed sources, used for our own outreach.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your inquiries and schedule calls you request
• Register you for workshops and send you the replay, materials, and related follow-ups
• Provide, administer, and improve our services
• Send marketing communications about our workshops, training, and services (you can opt out anytime)
• Send text messages only if you provide your phone number and consent (see Section 4)
• Analyze site usage to improve our website and content
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number, we may text you to schedule your call, remind you about workshops you registered for, or follow up on your inquiry. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:

• Service providers: website hosting, form processing, email delivery, SMS delivery, scheduling, analytics, payment processing, and CRM — each bound to use your data only to provide services to us
• Professional advisors: lawyers and accountants where reasonably necessary
• Authorities: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety
• Business successors: a successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply

6. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• Access a copy of your personal information
• Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share as defined by California law)
• Non-discrimination — we will never penalize you for exercising these rights

To exercise any right, email support@medialeaders.com with your request. We will verify your identity using the information associated with your account or submissions and respond within the timeframe required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf.

Residents of other states with privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, and Virginia) may have similar rights and can use the same contact to exercise them.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals; where legally required, we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above: inquiry and registration data for as long as we have an active relationship with you plus a reasonable period after; billing records as required by tax law. You can request deletion at any time (Section 6).

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

10. Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent site notice.

PART 2: TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement

By using medialeaders.com, registering for a workshop, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy above. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Our services

MediaLeaders provides: (a) free educational workshops; (b) paid coaching and training; and (c) managed AI agent services. Paid services are governed by these terms and a separate service agreement or order form; where they conflict, the service agreement controls.

3. Workshops and educational content

Workshops, guides, and educational materials are provided for general informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and results from applying any technique will vary by business. We may record workshops; by attending live, you consent to recording of the session (your camera and microphone participation is optional).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the site or services; attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data; use our content to build a competing training program; scrape the site; upload malicious code; or use our services to violate any law, including anti-spam (CAN-SPAM, TCPA) and privacy laws in your own use of AI-generated outreach.

5. Intellectual property

The site, workshop materials, prompt libraries, workflows, and training content are owned by Media Leaders LLC and protected by law. Paid customers receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials internally within their own company. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our materials without written permission. Your data remains yours — see Section 6.

6. Customer data and AI services

For managed agent customers: you retain all rights to your business data. We access only the systems you authorize during onboarding, use your data solely to provide the services, keep each customer's environment isolated, and upon termination we disconnect integrations and revoke access. AI-generated outputs (drafts, research, briefings) are provided for your review; you are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before use, and for how you use them. AI systems can produce errors — that is why our workflows include human review, and you agree not to rely on unreviewed outputs.

7. Fees, pilots, and refunds

Fees for paid services are stated in your order form or service agreement. Pilot terms, including our 30-day pilot offer where applicable, are as described at the time of purchase. Except as expressly stated in a pilot offer or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDIA LEADERS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Media Leaders LLC against claims arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the services, or your use of AI-generated outputs in violation of law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the site at any time; paid service termination is governed by your service agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid-service terms will be communicated directly.
